Is there internet access at the hotel?
Yes. We offer high speed ADSL internet connection in each room via cable which we will provide. There is also Wi-Fi internet connection in the breakfast room.
Is there a television in the room?
Of course. Each room has a TV served by numerous satellite channels.
Are pets permitted in the hotel?
Unfortunately not.
Will staff be able to speak my language?
Our staff are highly-trained and multi-lingual and on hand to assist you whenever you need them.
Does the hotel have a restaurants?
Yes we do. The Restaurant “Il Chiostro” offers quality food and wine typical of the area.
Do you host business meetings or banqueting events?
Yes we do. Our banqueting facilities are a suitable venue for weddings, other ceremonies and dinners. We also have a bridal suite.
Whereabouts is the hotel?
The hotel is located on in Sarnico overlooking the gorgeous Lake Iseo (or Lago D’Iseo) which is just 10 metres away!
Do the rooms have private bathrooms?
Absolutely. Our rooms have en-suite bathrooms with a shower and a hairdryer and toiletries are provided.
By when must I have checked out?
Check-out is from 7:00 until 11:00.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro, Bancontact and CartaSi.
Are there any activities for me to do?
The area around the hotel is perfect for hiking and cycling and of course the lake offers the chance to participate in water sports. There is also a golf course within a few kilometres of the hotel. The pier for hydrofoils to the Island of Monte is also located nearby.
When can I check-in?
Check-in is possible from 3pm until closing time of reception as follow:
– from Monday to Saturday until 10pm
– Sunday until 9pm
Do the rooms have air-conditioning?
Absolutely – our rooms have full climate control for you comfort
Is breakfast provided?
A Continental Breakfast is included in the price of the room and is served in our lovely air-conditioned breakfast room
